Economy - Same Planet Salvage Contracts

This mod keeps Planet Salvage missions on the same planet (or moon).

Increased the payout for distance traveled (since its not possible to prevent them from spawning up to 120k away).
The contract likelihood is turned up slightly for non-builders/pirates.

If you really want tons of contracts you can combine this with the Economy Contracts - Disable Space mod.

Or you can just double the amount each offer with Increase Total Contracts 2x ESAPI

Technical notes:
Orbital stations around large planets should not see planet salvage missions. Orbital stations on moons will. Planets larger than 120k will not see planet salvage missions (if you modded some in).
