This disables unknown and strong unknown signals. This is useful for custom scenarios, creative world or hardcore playthroughs.
YES, there is a setting for disabling them, but on PC every time you edit your settings unknown signals will be re-checked. This mod will ensure you or your users don't accidentally turn it back on.
